Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

DevOps-Prime operates as the data controller for personal data collected through our website and services. For enterprise deployments, DevOps-Prime acts as a data processor on behalf of the customer, who is the data controller.

2. Data we collect

We collect: (a) account data you provide when registering (name, email, company); (b) usage data generated by your use of our platform (queries, approvals, audit events); (c) technical data (IP addresses, browser type, session data) collected automatically.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data under the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract when providing our services; (b) legitimate interests for product improvement and security monitoring; (c) consent where you have opted in to specific communications; (d) legal obligation for audit and compliance purposes.

4. How we use your data

We use your data to: provide and operate the DevOps-Prime platform; send transactional emails (account setup, password reset, approval notifications); improve our product based on aggregate usage patterns; respond to support requests; comply with legal obligations.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your contract plus 30 days. Audit logs are retained for 90 days by default, configurable up to 7 years for enterprise customers. Usage analytics are retained in anonymised form for up to 24 months.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with: (a) infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP) under data processing agreements; (b) analytics tools in anonymised form only; (c) law enforcement when required by applicable law. All sub-processors are listed in our DPA.

7. International transfers

DevOps-Prime is incorporated in the EU. Data may be processed in the EU and US. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for all transfers outside the EEA.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict processing; data portability; object to processing; withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@devops-prime.com.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
